Senior researcher of INDIRE (National Institute of Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), where she has been working since 1998, she is a psychologist-psychotherapist and language mediator. Her research interests deal with educational and organizational innovation. She is the coordinator of theMaking Learning and Thinking Visible in Italian Secondary Schools (MLTV) project – born from the collaboration between the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Indire – and a member of some of the research groups linked to the Avant-garde education Movement and School architecture.
She is a contract professor at the Italian University Line (IUL) for the courses of "Developmental and educational psychology" - master's degree course in adult education and lifelong learning sciences - and "Developmental psychology" - course Degree in Psychological sciences of human resources, organizations and businesses - and scientific referent of the Master "Expert Teacher IUL, profile Profile 1 - Expert in innovative and inclusive teaching", in which she is also a teacher.
She is a trainer in courses for teachers on innovative teaching methodologies and the author of articles and contributions on the topic of educational innovation.
