Is an architect and researcher, focusing on the intersection of architecture, neuroscience, and phenomenology, with the aim of developing an embodied, enactive, and emotional model of people’s experience of the built environment that can be embraced in user-centered design. She holds a PhD in architecture from Sapienza University of Rome (2015) and a master degree from University of Belgrade (2009). She has published several articles in this emerging interdisciplinary field in both architectural and scientific journals such as Frontiers in Psychology and Ambiances, and has presented her work and guest lectured at international conferences and workshops across US and Europe.
